Many washer repairs and dryer repairs are considered maintenance for their lifespan so do not fret if you're having some trouble. A washer or dryer that fails to start or spin, a dryer that doesn't heat up, are all issues that can incur regardless of whether the appliance is new or old. These problems can fortunately often be resolved in the first visit as well.
Do not be alarmed if problems arise with your oven or range as it is normal for this occur during its lifespan. More than often, oven and range problems lead to minor repairs. In fact, most range repairs are simply part of maintenance as it is not uncommon for these appliances to need components such as the ignitor or oven control clock replaced.
According to the USGS survey, Bergen County and surrounding areas contain "hard water" which is defined as water containing two main contaminants, calcium and magnesium. This can lead to several problems with dishwashers. Since modern-day dishwasher detergents are more environmentally friendly, they lack the chemicals required to effectively deal with the "hard water" found in the region.

A friend referred us to Joe when our old fridge started acting strangely. Joe took a look and told us it wasn't broken, and what we were seeing was normal. The fridge ice maker was also broken and Joe advised not fixing it as it would cost too much. He said to wait until appliances go on sale and just replace the fridge. He even provided suggestions on models he thought were more reliable than the one we have.
The upshot is that Joe isn't going to take you for a ride and perform unnecessary repairs. I'd recommend him. He's also friendly and a good communicator.

The technician just left after repairing my dryer. Only good things....he knew what he was doing, he took apart the machine, pointed out the issue, repaired it, vacuumed the inside and put it back together. He gave out good advice, was friendly and conversational, fair price.

Great service - came out the same day we called. Although he could have fixed the washer, he recommended purchasing a new one due to the cost of the repair. He walked us through a few options as well as recommended a few local stores that would be better suited to our needs. Would definitely call him again for future appliance repairs.

Joe is such a great guy. He’s courteous, prompt, and gives it to you straight. He came and took a look at our dishwasher (which died) and told us it would make more sense to get a new dishwasher. Other repairmen might have tried to sell me on the repair, it joe was honest. He also shared lots of other helpful tips about appliances in general. All around a great guy with a great sense of humor. Would definitely hire him back again!

My refrigerator broke down a few weeks ago, Joe of Excellentech came out quickly to assess the issue and advise on options. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. In addition to inspecting the refrigerator, he volunteered to check out our washer and dryer and even went outside to check the flow of the dryer vent, just so that we got the bang for our buck. When it was determined that the fridge needed to be replaced in its entirety, he made sure that in the following days that he was available for consultation by phone as needed.

Joe is fantastic! End your repair search here you won't find better customer service/experience. Not only fixed the issue I had with my dishwasher (which no other company I called would look at since it is a Bosch) but was kind enough to give me tips on care/use of other appliances in the house...not to mention he was nice enough to come out on a Saturday. Hands down the best you will find out there!

When my dryer vent is getting cleaned, the service guy broke the door of the washer when moving the machine. He couldn't fix it after multiple tries so he called Joe from Excellentech Appliance. Joe listened carefully and provided a few suggestions. I requested if he can come and take a look. Joe came, as nice and courteous on the phone. He thoroughly checked the washer and told me he needs to order a part of the door and that hope it will be ready the next day. He showed up the next day and fixed the door, only charged me one time of the labor. While he was at my house, he kept showing me how
