I called for info regarding the breakdown of my 10 yo GE Cafe model. I got no pressure..just info of costs and timing. I said that I'd decide to fix or buy a new one and was told that I was given an appt for Monday "just in case" the calendar backed up and I ended up wanting to take their service. I decided to buy a new one based on the age of mine.
