Mill Creek Mechanical has gone above and beyond to service our heat pump. Robert's service has been prompt and he has communicated with us every step of the way between returning phone calls, part ordering, assessment of the unit, and working with our home warranty company. He even came out on a holiday and called to follow up with us a few days later to ensure the unit was working properly. Highly recommend and will definitely give them our future business!

Due to allergies, we had a Reme-Halo air purifying system installed in our house about ten days ago. We couldn't be happier. My chronic cough is almost gone and an unexpected side effect is that the ever-present Walla Walla indoor dust is at an all-time low and the old-house smell is gone. An extra benefit, in this time of Corona virus caution, is that the system kills bacteria in the air and on hard surfaces. Great investment!

Robert and Justin were fabulous. Purchased my new home in Walla Walla in September 2019 and had Mill Creek come out to service my Furnace, A/C, and Gas Stove. I wanted to do some tile work around the gas stove so they moved my stove out of the way and Robert stopped by this evening to reconnect the Stove, clean it up, and made sure it was working properly. They were also the only company in town I found that offered a Veterans military discount. Robert and Justin from Mill Creek Mechanical get my vote!

Robert and Justin did an awesome job on my house. They upgraded my old furnace and heat pump to a new high efficiency, variable speed version. Their work was very clean, and once they started the job they made completion a priority. They went out of their way, and adjusted several shortcomings in my existing duct work for optimal performance of my new system.
The price was less than I expected to spend. I received three bids for the job, and this one was the most reasonable, and it included the most amount of work.
