Thanks to you, we have served the Walla Walla Valley for over 70 years. You can trust us to be there when you need us most. To get to know us a little better, let us introduce a few of our team members. We usually staff around 15 installers, service technicians, and electricians, not including our management team.
We would like to thank Dennis Davis and College Place Heating for the expert advice and guidance in choosing the correct heating and cooling equipment for the new addition to our home. We are extremely pleased with the finished product of a new air conditioning unit and gas furnace. Also, a very cheery gas fireplace, which we just love.
To better serve you, we have provided answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. That really depends on what kind of filter you have, how much dirt gets into your home, and how often the fan runs. For those with our Honeywell F100 filter system, that is every 6 months to 12 months. For those with a standard 1 fiberglass or pleated filter, it should be every 30-60 days.

We replaced our 40+ y/o electric furnace with a DAIKIN gas heat pump & AC system in Nov. 2021. Kraig gave us quotes/info on electric & gas systems so we could make a decision best suited for us. He answered all of our questions and concerns. The system was received/installed within the time frame that we were told and the quote was dead on. We found the techs to be knowledgeable and professional. With the December/January cold snap, the system hasn't missed a beat. Looking forward to summer to see how the AC works. I have lived in my home for 28years and throughout that time College Place has serviced my heat pump heating and cooling system. I have been delighted with the careful monitoring during those years. This year I was told that it was time to replace the heat pump. After a careful discussion with the owner of the company I decided to install the Daikin Fit. Within days Stephen the serviceman was there and began to take out the old system and install the new system and the thermostat. His work was thorough and careful.

The whole experience was top notch! Jairo was the technician and he was meticulous in every step of removing badly installed bathroom fans and installing new ones. He went above and beyond making sure everything was corrected from the previous work done decades ago as well as installing all the new vents and fans. He even cleaned up every area he was in when he was done! I would gladly recommend the company and him to anyone needing work done!

I had questions about an old HVAC system and based on another customer’s recommendation I reached out for guidance. Lance answered the phone and took the time to not only ask thoughtful questions, but even let me know what I should consider in other bids. It turns out I’m outside of their service area, but Lance still made me feel like a valued customer. He gave me many useful insights into how I’ll be looking into the bids I can get, and all I can say is I wish I lived closer so they could do the service for me! 10/10 would recommend!

Very pleased with the entire process our Tech. was Issac he was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, he explained the entire process so that I understood, and answered all my questions. Also Dennis and Craig were very courteous, and professional, even the receptionist, was Courtois. Would highly recommend College Place Heating and Air.

We requested a service online last night, had a call first thing this morning letting us know a tech would be by between noon and 1:30. Adrian arrived at 11:40 assessed our situation, shared with us our options and went from there. He was very kind and patient in explaining it all to me and making sure I understood what was going on and the possible costs associated. A very pleasant experience all the way around!!!
