We had water damage in our kitchen, laundry room and pantry. Will came out immediately and setup fans. Checked in with us each day till it was all completed. Answered all our questions and was very polite and professional. Would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their home.

Heavy wind damage destroyed our roof and consequently our bedroom. SERVPRO of Beaumont/Banning. was there within 1 hour to tarp and use dehumidifier and dryers to mitigate the damage to my bedroom. I am still waiting for my insurance company to help me but SERVPRO didn't let me down. They were there and took care of business

When our vanity sink leaked, I was not at home. When I returned from work I found my bathroom and kitchen, soaking wet. The team from Servpro was fast and courteous and helped make a terrible situation as good as it could be. The cleanup and drying went well, and working with my insurance company they were able to put my house back together in time for a family birthday. Even though this is not a call you want to have to make, Servpro was totally professional and helped get me back on my feet.

Will and his crew have been very professional and took the time to explain every step of the way. They came every day to check the progress even over the weekends and kept in contact with us to make sure we were ok. They were friendly and courteous and never seemed to be in too much of a hurry or tried to rush us along whenever we had a question and always answered our phone calls. We would highly recommend SERVPRO especially Will and his crew to anyone.

Only after 8 days of moving into my new home, there was an incident in my home where it flooded half of the downstairs. I called my insurance company and got the run around. I called SERVPRO of Beaumont and Banning and they came out within 40 minutes and started the remediation of the water. Excellent customer service. Due to their quick response I feel that the damage was not as bad as it could have been. They kept me posted on what going on and what to expect. I would definitely use them again!
