Bill is not a particularly respectful person on the internet and comes across to me as a bit of an internet bully. As someone who uses his real name as his Google/YouTube-name - with direct connection to his business, his choice of words and actions, combined with his ignorance as to how that reflects on his him and his company, boggles the mind. As such, I cannot recommend his services.

I would not recommend Mr. Bill and his company. It’s not as much about his work, as it is about his actions that I have found very unsettling. I hired Mr. Bill and his company to do (redo) my pond as well as to maintain the pond for me. Mr. Bill gave me a quote of $30,000 for the pond and $1000-$1400 for each maintenance service (trimming and fertilizing of the plants). I agreed without hesitation and without even negotiating, and have hired him for this project. Mr. Bill completed the pond as agreed. Later I noticed that about 50 plants have died. I have known Bill for many years and I've always enjoyed seeing his beautiful landscaping in Miami, via email, of his many jobs over the years. I told him one day I would love to hire him to do a complete landscape makeover at my townhouse in Kendall, Florida. Alas, the day arrived and I gave him complete creative license to do whatever he wanted and knew it would be gorgeous and low maintenance landscaping, as he knows I'm not very good with plants. Bill was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We needed someone to come in and install landscaping that is appropriate for our home (design, sun & shady areas, etc.) We gave him ideas as to what we wanted and then let him take control as to what plants to use. Bill recently did a complete makeover on my property. My yard literally had nothing but rocks and dirt in it. Bill and his team transformed this barren landscape into a tropical oasis with a multitude of trees and plants, as well as two separate patio area's nestled amid the foliage. His design experience is the key to his expertise, with an emphasis on proper spacing, functionality, and color. I've been working with Bill for the last few years and he's done wonders for my landscaping. He designed and installed a beautiful stone path where before we only had mud, since grass would never grow. He also installed some beautiful maintenance free plants. He does a beautiful job of maintaining the rest of my landscaping by providing quarterly spraying, fertilizing, and mulching. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable, I recommend him highly!
