Great website - terrible customer service - horrendous job cleaning.
My family hired this company to clean their home before moving in. Unfortunately they did not read the yelp reviews prior to booking.
3 woman showed up to an empty house to do a move in cleaning. They were here for 2 hours and did a terrible job. Carpets were not vacuumed. At ALL. Inside of the oven was dirty. Blindes were dusty. Bathroom faucet still had tooth paste on it. This makes me question how well the rest of the house was cleaned out if they even cleaned at all!

NOT very happy with this company after all. I made my move out appointment about one month ago. THE DAY OF , they canceled on me. I repeat, THE DAY OF !!! They stated the reason being is because they fired some maids, the maids who were supposed to covet shift, called in and canceled. And that's my problem how?! I'm due to leave my lease this weekend and they canceled the same day as services were supposed to be. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. on top of that, they didn't give the audacity to call, they (Monique) did cancelation via text !! Now I'm over here scrambling around trying

I ordered this service because the receptionist said she could get someone out that day after I told her that I would rather look around elsewhere for another company that would be able to come in and do a move-in cleaning within the next day or two since they had no openings in their schedule for a few days. I was really happy to hear that she could get someone down here in the same day but the cleaning was not what I was expecting. I ordered a move-in cleaning service and it seems like they gave me just the standard cleaning package because it seems like they just dusted and then quickly wiped

Amazing detailed work. We needed a move out deep cleaning and they went above and beyond. I scheduled the wrong day, completely my fault, I explained this to them the morning I needed the cleaning and they got together a team last minute ( including one of the owners) to clean my house that morning. I will recommend and continue to use them in the future. The detail in the cleaning will get you your deposit back hands down.

I had used diamond cleaning 4 years ago and was very impressed with the work they did. Fast forward to now, I needed cleaning service again and once again they did an amazing job. Lilly was very communicative and responds fast to calls and texts. The first time they came their floor polisher had broken and they promptly returned at a convenient time for me to finish with a working machine. When the job was done, I was very pleased. I will use them again.

They don't even deserve one star .
When I talk to them on the phone they told me it's $160 for a deep cleaning .
We scheduled for the next morning they came late 30 minutes , The lady came in to the house there is 750 ft.² very tiny all they needed to do is clean the bathroom and the kitchen there is very tiny and she told me for that kind of job it's not $160 is $300 when I told her I don't agree to pay $300 for that type of work she just walked away . $300 for for tiny bathroom and kitchen it's a ridiculous amount of money without even including the bedroom and living
