The moment my wife and I walked into RockSmith Granite & Quartz I knew it was a match made in heaven. From their upbeat sales staff, to their marvelous display room, and their utmost professional installers I would look no farther than Rocksmith. Their quartz is so elegant it was like Jesus himself cut it from the quarries and hand carried it to my kitchen and gave it a little kiss on the way out. My experience with RockSmith from start to finish was top notch! Everyone that we worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, & respectful. We did a full remodel on our home and had them tear out and install our Kitchen and 4 bathrooms. I am very happy with my granite choices and how well they were installed. I was nervous because my kitchen counter needed a seam and you can barely even tell it is there. A+ on install! I am so thankful they were able to complete everything according to our timeline. The install staff refused to wear masks inside our house while installing the new countertops, even after we asked them to. It was very unprofessional and an uncomfortable situation to be put into. We also overheard them making fun of us for wearing masks while they were outside. Again, didn't feel good at all. The countertops look just fine, but please go with another company if you prioritize your health and safety during a global pandemic, and if you would like your reasonable requests to be honored. They earn this 5-star rating because they all seem to want to do quality work! From Andrew in sales, the front desk team and billing, Doug doing laser measuring to Ivan, Justin and Shawn doing the installation. Like any remodel, you find challenges and this team was able to solve them with ease.

Rocksmith Granite and Quartz did a wonderful job on our countertops. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and we especially like the color, which matches quite well with our cherry cabinets. The only reason that I could not give them five stars is because I was disappointed they did not complete the final project prior to Thanksgiving. The countertops were installed on 11/18, and the sink got damaged prior to installation. A new sink was ordered and it came in on 11/26, but they were unable to find the time to come and install it until after the holiday. Had they put a rush order

WOW! I researched granite companies and received 4 estimates for my kitchen remodel. Rocksmith granite was by far the most knowledgeable and easiest company to work with. From their sales representative in their store, The fellow who came out and did the final measurements, to the exceptional work by their installers. They were all very kind and the installers took their time leveling and making things perfect. I highly recommend Rock Smith granite to anyone considering or interested in granite!
