They built a pool that could not be built.
Pulliam Pools built our pool in 2021. With all the issues that we had with supply chain deliveries, contractors out sick, and our mismarked power running through our dig they still hit the target finish date. I guess you could say the real test of a pool builder is how they handle issues and Quinn was always on top of it. At no point did we feel like we were not informed and taken care of.
We took our survey to Sunset pools and they told us that we could not put a pool in our backyard and other builders told us the same, but they were so wrong. I am

Pulliam built us a magnificent pool and did so in just over two months. Working with their team (Robert/Shawn/Chuck) was a pleasant experience as they bring great ideas, input and professionalism to the project. All of their employees and sub-contractors were a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend them with zero hesitation to family & friends, even if it means waiting a while to get "in line" to get your pool built. You won't be disappointed.

For me first impression with a company is important, well this company didn't deliver at all. My husband and I went by just to see about getting started on the process of being quoted for a pool. Not only did the two guys in the office barely even greet us, all we kept getting told is starting price was $75K and it was a 6 week wait to even get a face to face meeting with someone. When we questioned the starting price and asked about what was included, we got to brush off and told to schedule an appointment and someone would tell us more then but again "it's a six week wait so if

Pulliam designed and built our pool in August of 2019. Our pool has been beautiful, reliable, well built and has lived up to the expectations that were set at the time we contracted the deal. Robert Ansohn has been on our side for the past 2 years and has always been there for us. There have been 2 times over the past 2 years where we needed help. Robert didn't owe us anything, but he stood up and helped us...for free. Periodically, I'll text with a question and Robert always answers and asks me about my family. He's the real deal. Brad from Pulliam pools came by our home to take a look. Never heard back from him. Text him and emailed him requesting feedback and if he came up with a design. He replied back via text and said it was not done and that if I wanted one it'll take him at least a week? I agreed to wait and never heard back. I text him to follow up weeks after and the message says he read it but no response. Puzzled because of all the great reviews here...

Pulliam Pools of Houston (Katy, TX) built our pool early in 2020. They just finished a couple of weeks ago. Shawn, Quinn, and Chuck were fantastic to work with. From design to construction to communication they have been outstanding to work with. I would recommend that you at least talk with them if you are considering building a pool at your home. After interviewing a few of pool companies, Pulliam provided exactly what we wanted, from presentation to designing and building our dream pool. Brad was our sales person and I can’t tell enough how accommodating he was with our schedule and the amazing communication and service he provides from beginning to end of construction. After having four pool design quotes, we decided on Pulliam. Quinn came to our home, explained the entire process to us, and answered every question we had with patience and professionalism. The build process went smoothly, even with weather challenges. Every contractor involved was friendly and courteous. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Pulliam Pools - I had a specific design in mind and Brad helped me work that out in our rather small yard and even squeezed in a fire pit for good measure! I literally felt like they were family throughout the process and after as well with any questions we have had after the fact- granted those were due to us not taking notes on how to run the hot tub BUT they not only responded quickly but came out to help!

After researching and getting quotes from various pool companies we decided on Pulliam after hearing about their remarkable customer service and excellent pool construction. We were not disappointed with our decision and are so thankful that we selected them due to our home being in the City of Katy and having to navigate the City Codes and permitting process. Our designer, Quinn, was professional, courteous, and always went above and beyond to communicate with us. We really love and enjoy our finished pool by Pulliam. We started out with 5 bids and ultimately we chose Pulliam based on their respectful, attentive, reliable and professional-yet-not-pushy sales approach. They provided a complete package with answers to each and every question we had during the initial proposal/design phase all the way through to the construction phase of our build. Had an amazing experience with Pulliam and Shawn! Met with three companies (Sunset, Platinum and Pulliam) and Pulliam/Shawn's customer service, responsiveness and reliability separated them from the rest. Shawn walked us through every stop of the process and responded to our questions and needs regardless of when we had them. Great experience all around and cannot recommend enough!

I wanted to review Pulliam after the entire process was complete and I have to say my family has nothing but good things to say about this place. We went to Sunset Pools first, definitely were not impressed with their customer service (ill leave a short review on their page), then we went to Laguna Pools. We liked Laguna because they had pools for display and the guy talked us through the process of building and financing a pool but at the end of the day, Pulliam went above and beyond and had more options for us and impressed us enough to move further with this pool company.
