Our service technician disassembles your filter, checking the tank as well as the backwash valve for defects. The grid assembly is transported to our service facility.

Absolutely horrible. I was hired on. Told I wasn’t good enough, but the best option out of other applicants. Only thing I didn’t know about was saturation index and a mechanical leaf trap. Everything else I New like the back of my hand. I could easily perform 95% of the work they require and they only offered me 10.50 an hour for training then 12 an hour after training. Standard industry pay is 500 a week to train then 700 to 800 a week after. They expect you to clean 50 pools a week for 12$ an hour after training while they are robbing these rich folks for a service. Save your time. Move on

I have used Trinity Pools for years after my wife "fired me" from the pool for doing a bad job....
Trinity has done magnificent and not just pool cleaning, they have replaced the pump, replaced the cleaner, installed some electrical things to allow me to operate it remotely and even replaced the whole pool filter.
My pool remains clean and enjoyable and I no longer have a wife giving me dirty looks regarding the condition of the pool. David Fisher

We used Trinity Pool Company LLC, located in Katy Texas, for a good number of years, but no longer. Their first mistake was to incorrectly install a underwater pool light. The service person came our replaced the light, but it immediately burned out. So while looking into this myself, it was obvious that the Trinity Pool service person had not correctly assembled the light, resulting in the light fixture filling with water. However, worse than this was my experience on 10/8/13, when a Trinity Pool service person came to our home to replace a pump, timer and filter fitting. This Trinity Pool
