Rudi (the technician) did the impossible. He replaced two valves , one of which was busted in the freeze. He also fixed a small section of two elbows that just looked crooked. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Any future repairs to the pool will be done by SSD Pools. Elizabeth kept me informed of what the cost would be and when the work would be done. Thank you SSD Pools!

This pool company is magnificent. Not only do they do a great professional job, but they COMMUNICATE. What a concept! They're on time, they let me know what's going on and they respond to questions/concerns immediately. They just fixed my pump motor. I highly, highly recommend them.

Rudi came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. On top of fixing the problem, he found two more I was not aware of that could have led to long-term problems down the road. He fixed a couple things on his own to prevent major issues from happening down the road. I have used two companies before these guys and now that I have used SSD pools, I don't think I will ever need to use another pool repair company again. A+++

The company responded immediately to set an appointment. They were very busy but got us serviced same week. The heater on the pool wasn’t heating properly. He knew what to troubleshoot and sent a service man. The gentleman was so polite and efficient. Excellent company.

Slade and his staff have done excellent work on my pool. The response time is amazing! We are first time pool owners and he and his staff are always available to answer any questions we have (even on weekends and evenings). We use them for monthly maintenance as well and they offer a highly competitive price. We highly recommend SSD Pools!

I have owned my pool for 12 years. During those 12 years, it has been very difficult to find honest and reliable people to care for and repair my pool. I feel so fortunate that I met Slade. He cares about his customers. Slade is someone that I trust to give me the truth regarding repairs. In other words, in the past, companies have sold me $1,000 worth of repairs when I really only needed a $75 part. I trust Slade's evaluations. Believe me, over the last 12 years, I have not used the "trust" word often. :-)

Slade and his team did everything they could to meet my expectations. Once they found out my pool was out of commission and turning green by the hour they committed to next business day repair. That Monday they came, repaired, and then came back to clean. They made the process very easy and communicated clearly. Within 48 hours the pool if picture perfect ! Billing was easy and online. Looking forward to their continued services.
