Brennan Heating & AC, Inc. was founded in 1947 by Richard (Dick) W. Brennan. Since the beginning, Brennan Heating and Air has remained a family owned and operated business. What started out as a one man shop behind the Brennan house is now a 10,000 square foot shop, showroom and office complex with two separate warehouses.
The technicians and staff at Brennan Heating & AC, Inc. are a dedicated group of individuals, working together as a team to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. Mike Sieving has worked at Brennan's for 15 yrs. He is a co-owner of Brennan's. He is a Sheet Metal Worker, he is also a Fabricator, Welder, Installer, Estimator, and also a Plant Supervisor.

Called them out because I was without heat.
My boiler is brand new. I asked several times what was going on and never got an answer. One worker told us one of the parts isnt the reason the boiler isnt working, but he replaced it because a new one would be better. (He told us this after he had already replaced it, without giving us the price.. even though I asked for a price several times). They also created a buzzing noise and explained "it's not bad, just annoying " and left it this way. A month later I got a bill for $1.5k, not far off from the cost of replacing it all together. Now I have to
