Low priority customer... I had my dryer inspected by Trone and ordered a part to get it fixed. After no new information, a month and a half later I got a bill for the inspection. Only reaffirm they can get the part after I called them several times. It kind of felt like they were hitting the snooze button on doing this job.

Top notch company! We called at 11 as new customers inquiring about a washer and dryer and by 1:30 they were already leaving with everything installed and were taking away our old machine. And we live an hour away from them! Great, attentive, professional guys. We will definitely be using them again and referring all our friends. We called a big box store locally and was quoted a 6 week wait at a higher price.

Purchased a new dryer. Very friendly answered all questions. Delivery was quick and the the 2 gentlemen that delivered were exceptional. Did not rush me getting things ready to remove old dryer and let me clean before installing new one, friendly and professional. I would recommend Trone's for your next appliance purchase.
