Great collection, very friendly and courteous staff that does not push you for selling, also knowledgeable. We have been going there for many years now and my wife and I are very happy. Would definitely recommend over places like Home Depot if you want to get away from the very common stuff and add a little touch of distinction.

I put new flooring in 80% of my house and the product and installers were fantastic. They are all professional clean and fast. I use to do flooring myself and know that these guys know what they're doing. This is construction, don't have wild expectations.
I'll be using them again soon and I refer my friends and family to them whenever they need flooring or doing a kitchen remodel.

Straight Arrow did an addition to our home in 2010. They did a terrible job. Vent in our bathroom vents to nowhere, roof in laundry room and bathroom leaks. When I called them they said too bad no warranty, no offer to help. Our original roof is from 1950 and no problems...a roof less than 6 years old is leaking... terrible job, poor quality and materials. DO NOT USE.
