I wish I could give this business zero stars. I have been attempting to have Brian from Platinum cabinet company renovate my kitchen since April 2021. It is now November. He would send emails with designs or questions and even an estimate for his work. I would respond to his emails within a few days if not immediately. He would then take weeks to respond back. Finally per his request after going to a retail stone seller taking pictures of what I wanted for my countertops and emailing them to him, I asked when he was going to start my renovation after waiting 6 weeks for a reply from my last email
