Rented a storage unit here for 16 months and had no issues at all. The gentleman in the office was very helpful and friendly. Good monthly price and safe storage unit. I will go here again if I need storage!

Needed a 10x10 short notice and they were great at helping me out. Prices were fair and competitive, and the controlled entry lot was easy in, easy out. Would definitely store here again.

I liked this place and the staff when I rented my unit in 2011. I am very upset that someone has my box of vital documents, the present staff knows who has it, but they will not get everything back for.

My girlfriend and I just recently moved to the area and needed to store some furniture until we can find a more suitable living arrangement. Looked at a handful of places before deciding on this one. The cleanliness and security of the facility are what sold me. The gentleman I spoke to, Larry, assured me that there are cameras on and running all day and night. He was polite and very helpful in what I needed. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

RUDE!!!
I spoke to Larry. I tried getting some prices on a couple of different sized units and because I didn't really know what size would work best, I tried asking questions about what would fit in said sizes...
When answering my questions, he was very vague (only saying yes and no) and when asked to elaborate, I was met with snarky comments. I'm not an idiot, I realize that a couch won't fit into a 5×5 space! There's no need to be condescending to someone whose contemplating giving you guys business! Needless to say, I'll be going with the U-Store down the street.
