Stop N Store

Everything was very clean and easy to navigate, except for the exit. I was there after dark and nobody else was there (it was my first time there) and the gate was closed. It is obvious when you enter where the keypad is to open the gate, but not so much from the other side. During the daytime it might be ovious and visibile but not so much after the sun goes down.

Gene and team were so easy to work with. I called them last minute for 2 units and they were always able to accomodate me. They were great in communicating with us about our bills and such (through text message! Loved it!). The units were dry, easy to access, and the yard was always tidy. If I ever need storage again, I know I'll use them! Prices were great too!

Very clean and dry storage units. Well maintained especially in winter. Easy access and plenty of room to turn around pulling a trailer. No need to try to back up a trailer for those like me who can't back up well. Highly recommended. I stole this from another review but it is 100% accurate. The team at Stop-N-Store exceeded my expectations from start to finish of our storage needs.

From start to finish, this was a very professional experience. Staff was very helpful getting me into my unit, and second unit as well. Easy to get to all units, even with my very large rental truck. Getting out at mid month was a snap also. Would go back again in a heartbeat. HHIGHLY RECOMENDED.

Customer service is top notch. Family owned and ran. They are always there for their customers. Everything is clean from their main office to their storage facilities. If they take care of their facilities this well, just imagine how well they take care of their customers. They even care for their landscaping!

Stop-N-Store is the absolute BEST storage facility that I have ever used out of 5 that I've used in Michigan. The people here are kind, compassionate, caring, trustworthy, clean, responsive, professional and honest. I would highly recommend this business after using them for over 5 years now. They also have offered the best prices and service that I have found anywhere. Although I'm not related to the owners in any way, I've gotten to know them over time and I must confess that they often treat my wife and I better than our own family members (for real). I have stored household goods here for nearly two years and have found the management to be friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained. My items have been secure, no water or other damage, and the security is great. I highly recommend these folks for your storage needs.

We needed short-term storage for some business items. We chose Stop-N-Store because the location is convenient for us. We were pleasantly surprised by both the staff and the service. The facility is clean and very well-run, and the fact that it is family owned is a huge plus. If we ever need additional storage in the future or are asked for a recommendation, Stop-N-Store will be the place, without a doubt.

Clean, well taken care of, well lit at night. Ability to have 24-hour access was great for my work schedule. I rented a 10x20 unit for a little over a year, never had any problems. I often work until 3am, if I had to stop by after work I always felt safe and secure with their pin-pad access and gated perimeter. I wouldn't hesitate to rent space from them again and recommend them to others in the area.
