Ray was excellent! He was prompt with answering phone and during our call he quoted his estimated price for installation of a garage door opener. We scheduled job for next day. He texted when on his way and arrived exactly at scheduled time. Ray was professional, polite and explained everything the job entailed. When completed; he cleaned-up thoroughly and took his time in explaining how to operate all of the opener’s functions.. Ray cares about customer service and I highly recommend him. Thank you, Ray!

My garage door needed a small adjustment - loosen a bolt and move the door track out about 1/8" - because the door was sticking. I called Door Master's Dumont affiliate, and they quoted me a $49 fee, and set an appointment later that day. The technician came and made the adjustment, all-in about 30 minutes, and he then told me that I owed his company $229 for the service. Never a quote, not even an invoice or a paid receipt after I paid the bill. I then called the company and was told "Daniel" was the owner, and I left three separate messages with him to discuss. No response

Another company was going to charge me $1,100 for a simple repair.They wanted to do a total replacement, which I didn't need. I found that out when I called Ray from Door Master for a second opinion. He came and made the simple repair and only charged me a service call. These guys are honest and do great work. I will always recommend them!

My 11 year old Liftmaster door opener finally gave up after 3 repairs and my previous technician can't be located any longer. After research, I purchased a new Chamberlain B970 belt driven unit from Home Depot and I just needed an professional installation service. I did extensive research on finding the best contractor prior to contacting Door Master. After I contacted several other companies, read all customer reviews, I finally decided to try out this company. I received the cost estimate from the office and Ray contacted me immediately from the job site and gave me the estimated time of arrival

Wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. They are excellent. Called on a Saturday morning because I was having issues with my garage door. I spoke to Raymond and he was able to come the same day and fix everything at a very reasonable price. He gave me a time when he was able to come and he came exactly on time. He was able to fix the issue within an hour and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Greg came very quickly after my call, said my garage door is not fixable. He said I have to replace the motor unit and the 2 torsion springs. He quoted me $600 to replace the motor and $700 for replacing the springs (I called 3 other companies afterwards and they all quote me at around $350 range for 2 springs). I said I have to think about it so he charged me $100 for doing nothing.
Today I asked another garage company to give me quote for the replacement. He came and take a look, tuned the motor chain tension a little bit, the garage door work again like a charm! 5mins work! And he said both
