Opening a shop is easy, but keeping it open is an art. Making it thrive takes passion. I built my first safe in 1982 when my daughter was born, so that I would have a secure place for my guns. From there, my hobby turned into a business. I love a challenge, and I love what I do. When I started this business 30 years ago, I did so out of my passion for protection.

Lots of delays which is understandable with supply chain issues. The frustrating part was the communication. I had to continually call and email to get answers. Once it shipped, I was hit with $1000 shipping charge that was not in the quote. Since it was 2-1/2 months late, I lost my installer. I finally got the door installed to find a deep scratch right at eye level. I am assuming it was shipping damage but there was no visible damage to the packaging. When I asked about it, I was told to spray some paint on it and hit with a Brillo pad. Poor service and pricey for what you get. I do like the
