Kauffman Door started our business locally out of our home here in Wauseon, and through the support of many loyal customers we were able to move to our current location on Shoop Ave. We are proud of our hometown and the community that surrounds us. We offer a wide variety of traditional and carriage house sectional doors, as well as a large selection of rolling steel doors for commercial use.

Highly recommend! Brent was super quick to respond. I called about our broken door and he came over the same day. Once we found out we needed a new door he provided us with a quote quickly and installed our door a few days later! The customer service is outstanding!

Had a spring go bad. Stopped at Kauffman Door and they came out as soon as possible. Ben and Jacob tale care of my door springs. While checking everything over, they found a frayed cable and bad roller. They went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Highly reccommended.

I called Kauffman Door on a Wed night cause the spring broke on my garage door & I couldn’t open it. I was told they would be at my house Thurs. morning at 8am & they were here at exactly 8 & repaired my door. Told me my rollers were getting bad so I had them replaced as well. VERY GOOD SERVICE & FRIENDLY WORKERS!!! Got the job done in no time!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Have had great service form them at my old shop. I have moved and put up a new building and had them install a new door. Closing the door the cables jumped off on a Saturday. I called to leave a message for Monday Brent called me back and came out on Sunday and repaired it. I never expected Sunday service in a non emergency situation. Great service and instulation for reasonable prices!

I was quoted $500.00 by another company to fix my garage door. Brent & his crew got the job done for less than half of that cost very quickly. The entire crew was a bunch of super cool guys. I highly recommend them!!
