Austin and the team at Urban Flooring are phenomenal to work with. Spectacular customer service, prompt communication, professional installers, unbeatable prices, and lovely hardwood floors! One year ago, we did a major remodel and couldn’t be happier with the hardwood (red oak) floors they installed then. We have a 111 year old home; we preserved the original hardwood in the living room and dining room, and Urban Flooring laid brand new hardwood in the adjacent kitchen and hallway. The transition is seamless. It is truly remarkable! We shopped around quite a bit and are so glad we chose Urban

If you have flooring or tiling needs, we encourage you to hire Urban Flooring for tile installation (bathroom shower, floor and kitchen backsplash), wood flooring and carpet installation. The company and its employees are professional, timely, fairly priced and excellent with communication. Highly recommend!

We had 3 rooms of carpeting removed and replaced with wood flooring that matched existing wood flooring. It matched perfectly. Their experienced crew worked efficiently and was done in one day. Also, a 2-man crew replaced our stair carpet. They did a great job. We are very satisfied with the entire job!

Whatever you do, do not do business with these people!! I had a flooring job scheduled and they never showed up. Called my salesperson (Dana) and he was on vacation. Called the front office to get an ETA and they said the installer took a vacation and they moved my job to Monday without asking me! Then they got another installer to come to start it but couldn't guarantee it would be done in a day. Well it took that guy 4 hours to show up after they said he was on the way. At that point the day was almost over and they would have only had a few hours of work for a two day job. It took ME call my
