They came out on a Sunday to fix my septic system that was backing up. It took them less than a minute to figure out the problem was a tube the last company I had pump the system had left blocking the drain pipe from the home to the septic tank. They also caught that my pump was running nonstop due to being plugged in incorrectly which the other company had done. I tried to pay them for at least a service call and they wouldn't accept my money. Flanigan Septic now has a customer for life and I will refer everyone possible to them. Thank you so much guys!

Had my septic pumped today. Called Flanagan, yesterday, and this morning they were here to do the job. The gentleman was very friendly, professional, and efficient.He did not leave a big mess in the yard, either, which is a plus. He did an awesome job, and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Couldn’t ask for better service...well, I could, but I don’t think it’s possible. I noticed a strong sewage odor while working in the back yard. Called Steven around 9:30am, and by 11am I had an empty tank (which was overfull), along with a clean filter, and drain field inspection....all while I had another contractor doing tile work on my pool, which is 10’ from the tank. NO mess, and most importantly, NO BS! Most companies will quote you a price over the phone and make it sound too good to be true...(that’s because IT IS)! Steven and Richard came to our home, assessed the potential issue and gave options for resolve. Bottom line is that they saved us hundreds of dollars. They were prompt as scheduled. No surprise up-charges. They pumped out a 12-year old tank that was never serviced. They verified the main line was clear and serviced our filter. Steven explained everything they were doing and why. They offered advice to save money for up coming years. We can’t thank them enough! If you have a septic system issue and fail to call them, you are doing yourself a dis-service. Highly recommended.

Flanagan Brothers did a great job, and I highly recommend! I worked for a health department for 9 years, and with the septic tank program for my whole time. Flanagan was straightforward, direct, and right on with what needed to be done with my system (pump, refurbish T pipe/baffles, treat the leachfield). He and his team were in and out in about a half day and went above and beyond. Flanagan was super thorough, respectful of our yard and plants and saved what they could, and got us up and running with no problems!

After a few days of dealing with a backed up/overflowing downstairs toilet, I decided to call Flanigan Brothers to have our septic tank looked at. These guys know their stuff! Tony was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure that I wouldn’t have to worry about my septic tank having any issues. He even helped me identify that all of my toilets were leaking! Flanigan brothers septic is a septic tank company that has been cited for illegally dumping sewage multiple times. They have been caught in the city of Buford for illegally dumping sewage into storm drains. They have also been caught illegaly dumping sewage into Gwinnett County Public Works sewer system behind a shopping center. They have had citations issued against them & hopefully soon to be shut down by the State of Ga. DHR who governs all septic tank pumpers license. If this is not addressed by the State I'm sure most every pumper in the State is prepared to make a stand & ask, why do they

I would highly recommend Flanigan Brothers Septic...I had a very serious septic tank issue with tree roots that caused backup issues as well...Flanigan Brothers were very prompt to come out and do a Awesome job for me at a very Fair price.....The owner Tony is Awesome as Well as his workers....They pumped my tank. Did the septic tank repair and also replaced my line which was broken due to tree roots which they did happily.... They guarantee their work and are very knowledgeable, affordable along with friendly service; will be using them again in the future when tank needs to be dumped again..

I had no problems with my septic tank, just wanted it pumped. Another company was out pumping my tank and they stated that I needed to have my baffle t's replaced. The price went from a $140 pump to a $800 pump and t replacement.
I had several businesses quote me prices, some would speak to me other wouldn't, mostly because I already had another business at my home. I had no contract with the company pumping my tank, I had only called them for the $140 service.
Tony quoted me a fair price for the baffle t replacement.
