This Company is excellent they came to my home to pump out my septic tank. They were very considerate since my toilets were backing up they came earlier than originally scheduled what a big relief. The staff was professional and polite thank you Christina for being so polite and professional when I called and thank you Mel and J for a job well done. The field supervisor also stop by and was very professional. Overall a great company that does a great job. Will definitely use them again when needed.

United Septic and Grease Services is nothing short than amazing. I do not normally write reviews, however the level of knowledge and professionalism dictated that I do so.
Upon arrival an issue with my septic tank was quickly identified, the team worked tirelessly for almost 2 hours to resolve the problem and offered solutions to avoid such issues in the future.
I cannot sing their praises high enough.

I was not satisfied with the service. When I called the office, the scheduling coordinator gave me a time window and said that the crew would call me before my scheduled appointment. The crew just showed up without a call. Then, they could not communicate with me due to a language barrier. They could not explain what they were doing or why. The crew could not find my septic tank but still charged for a service call. When he was leaving, the crew chief could not even fill out the invoice to describe what he did. The experience wasted my time and money.

Fantastic experience with this company. Called them up, answered all my questions and they were able to come out on the same day. Had a real challenging Septic tank to locate and drain. The employees were very nice and patient under the circumstances. Good price and fantastic service. Highly recommended!
