The sales person was a nice young man who was doing his best to sell the company product.
Once the installation commenced, i was very pleased with 3 of the 4 windows that was installed. The 4th one, they had to make a hole to install a window. This was in the shower above my tile which was discussed. There was another gentlemen that came by to take more measurements to ensure that it was measured correctly. When they came to stall the window, it was bulkier then i expected and they have to break some of my tiles to make the window fit. Over all i say it was a good job but just know that if a window

We were very impressed with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding from the initial contact to the installation of a new patio door. They met the timelines that we were given for the door installation. The quality of the door is outstanding as well as entire process from the salesperson discussing our needs to the follow up with various members of the team. The installers were excellent and very thorough. They took the time to make the door look great. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement patio doors.

If anything needs service for any reason a serviceman is quickly dispatched. Repairs are
covered at no cost to the customer. Over the last couple of the years we have called for
service several times. Always with quick and efficient results. Do not hesitate to use their

Garrett gave us our estimate. He was friendly, courteous, and thorough. We did not feel pressured into making our decision. We are very pleased with our new windows from Illinois Energy. We equally were pleased with the team at Illinois Energy. They were easy to work with by being helpful and responsive. We have a historic home with original windows and James took the time for us to understand the process and even came out separately with pieces so we could see some options on the window before making a final decision. Installation was done quickly with total clean up before they left. Great follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate using them for future

I actually found this company while researching another o the Better Business Bureau website. I am so glad I did! Their reviews were outstanding and the complaints against them were almost non-existent.
I made an appointment and was very happy with my salesman, who was on top of everything. He was helpful and informative about helping me make my decision. The install staff was meticulous in everything they did from putting up plastic to protect my furniture to their total attention to detail. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves.
