I just had two replacement windows installed. After they installed them I did not immediately go check the quality of the work on the outside; however, later in the day I did and saw the horrific job they did (picture with a mound of silicone attempting to connect the weatherstripping) I emailed A&G pictures of the mess which got me the same installers back to try to redo the job. They obviously did not know what they were doing and this time I got (pictures of black goo in the corner) another horrible job. I then called to complain again and was told "they have to learn I will send them again
