Ready Access transaction windows are ideal for use as walk up windows as well as drive thru. They are used as concession windows, cashier windows, ticket windows, payment transaction windows, box office windows or ticket booth windows. This company does not answer the phone emails nor are they reliable
Go to there competition as they deliver on time (based in Houston TX and have freindly people)
Look the owner is not giving back all my money but taking out money because of there misrepresentation

They mislead you on lead times
You pay them with cc and then they change lead time longer
When you cancel they charge you cancellation fee even though same day
Then they can't afford to give you back your money.
Buyer beware there competition is the best to use go to there competitors
Go to there competition as they deliver on time (based in Houston TX and have freindly people)

BUYER BEWARE. If you take a chance in buying, just know that it will be hard/impossible to get a hold of someone via phone or email and it will be especially hard trying to get a definitive answer as to when your item will be ready. You will get a lot of: "MAYBE", "IT MIGHT BE READY", "WE MIGHT NEED TWO MORE WEEKS", "WE'LL LET YOU KNOW WHEN, BUT WE DO NOT KNOW". It is really frustrating to work with a company like this.

This place makes a good product, but they are under staffed and their employees have bad attitudes because of it. Good luck asking for any information because you'll get sent straight to voice-mail. Their whole customer service model is garbage and their management needs to be replaced with people willing and able to properly manage a business.
