I can not recommend the people over at Shattered Glass enough. I have a few large windows in my basement that were old and broken and needed replacing, so I called Shattered Glass. Mike came out that day and gave us a quote to replace all the windows. Financially we could only do half of them, but that was no problem, Mike gave us our price and ordered the windows that day. Then they were even able to install the windows a couple weeks early! The windows look great, the price was extremely reasonable and they pulled off the job in just a few hours. Even getting payment taken care of was a breeze

Lack of communication skills from the office. They never even called to schedule any appointment as the installer showed up unexpectedly. The window wasn’t even the correct size, as well as broken drywall that was never repaired. One of the installers had a firearm in the back of his waistband which ultimately left my wife and kids feeling unsafe in our own home.

Shattered Glass hired to do 2 simple hail damaged window replacements on my home. Installer damaged tile, used a crowbar on the old window without a cushion board thus damaging the window surround, tracked dirt onto nice carpet, damaged landscaping, damaged floor tile, possibly damaged the gas fireplace flue and left debris and dirty hand and foot prints everywhere. There is more but you get the idea. The house is large and I also found him wandering around where he had no reason to be. His excuse was that he had done it before when they initially quoted the job.
