How to begin? We contacted Alpha and got a bid quickly. The bid was on the lower end of what 2 other groups offered. But Alpha impressed right away : office kept in touch throughout, service was immediate (despite holiday weekend), installer showed up as expected (first phone call and then right on the money on time). We had forgotten our keys but installer was kind and patient while we left to go get our keys. Our job was more problematic than expected but it didn't matter! Price was same as bid, installer was pleasant, job was awesome! We won't go anywhere else ever for any window need. They

Alpha Glass handled a number of window projects for us recently (repairs and new installations), and I could not be more pleased with the process, the outcome, and the value.
