We cannot say enough positive things about Wootens! We have used them exclusively for the past 6 years for both our well and septic. Any time we have had issues or needed services performed, they responded quickly and fixed our issues at very reasonable rates. We had a recent septic alarm and called Wootens. They came out to check the issue and the supervisor, Ken Clark, was hobest, professional, and personable. He did not charge us for unnecessary services since the tank did not need to be pumped. Septic Maintenance Supervisor Ken was amazing! Ken Rocks! Very friendly, great customer service. Thanksgiving day our well pump quit working. I called Wooten’s and they said they would come out in a few hours. Ken Clark came in the afternoon and quickly discovered the control box was no longer working. He explained the problem, the repair, and the cost. Ken was awesome. I hired this company to pump out my septic tank and Ken was fantastic to work with. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, got the work done neatly and quickly and left me with a clean septic. I had issues with my well pump. I had no water. They came out that day and diagnosed that it was an electrical issue. I had the electrical issue fixed. 3 weeks later, my pump stopped again. I called the electrical who came out and said it was the pump. I called Wooten again who came out right away, again and diagnosed it was not the pump, but again was electrical. Wooten again correctly diagnosed the problem, which still was not the pump, and contacted the electrician for me. The electrician came out a third time and corrected the electrical problem and my pump is working. They were honest, professional

We have used Albert Wooten's Septic Services for many years to pump out our 45 year old septic tank when needed. Everyone is always very friendly and professional from the office staff to the fellows that come to pump it out. Today, Ken Clark and helper Tony came. They called when they were just a few miles away and went right to work when they arrived and pumped us out quickly. We would recommend Albert Wooten's Services to others as we have used them for many years and the price is very reasonable with it only going up a little over the years.

Will definitely recommend Albert Wooten Septic to anyone. First call to the office Andrea was very helpful. Then Ken Clark was top notch when he came out. Did septic pump out and gave extremely knowledgeable advice. The job wasn't easy , never had been done before, yet Ken and his helper (sorry can't remember his name) had good dispositions throughout. And everything was cleaned up when they were done. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !! Awesome work
