Robby has been working in the septic tank industry since he was 13 when he began working with his father. Despite other job opportunities, Robby was drawn back to continue in the industry and started Robby's Septic Tank Service in 1984. He has provided the dream and vision for this family owned company.
If your home is located in the Green Swamp you are required to have your tank inspected every 5 years. You will receive a letter from the Department of Health informing you that it is time for this inspection. We will perform the inspection and provide you with the paperwork you need to submit to the health department.

Had Roby's come out to pump our septic tank and they were very professional and timely in doing the job.
Had a company in the past try to dupe me into buying an entire drain field which I knew I didn't need, so I was leary of septic tank companies in general. When Roby's came out and opened it up it was just a few examinations and he said well looks like your drain field is fine and I appreciated that honesty. Kudos to Roby's Septic.

Called Robby’s Septic for a second opinion on needing a new septic tank and drain field that another septic company said we needed. Cody came out and said that we didn’t need those things. I was having a toilet backup and had called another company to come out on Saturday but they could not do what was needed. I called Robby's and he called right back gave us a temporary fix and was out on Monday. He was very professional and informative. Would recommend him for any septic issues and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Lady who answered the phone insisted they do not give quotes and that I need a permit before having them even come out to look at my drainfield. Not one company has asked me to have a permit ahead of time, the company does it for you.

I have been dealing with septic/plumbing issues off and on for several years. Several companies have been here and no one dug down to the root cause until Robby’s Septic. Cody immediately told me what was wrong and that they would fix it in the next week or so. Mr. Robert came out today and fixed the pipe leading into the tank. No more hang ups!! Yay. As if I wasn’t elated enough with the fix, he educated me on how to properly take care of my tank and gave me some bacteria to put in my drains. I can’t say enough good things. He has my business forever!! I highly recommend his services.

Can't say enough about Robby's Septic. Our sewage started backing up, so we called Robby's and within 4 hours everything was fixed and was also reasonably priced for emergency work on a Friday afternoon. Mr. Robby showed up when he said he would, he pumped out septic, installed new filter, treated tank with bacteria, and unclogged main line. Mr. Robby even gave me a treatment to use and a printed directions to educate us so we don't have this problem again. Robby's is definitely a 5 star Septic Co.

I called Robby's Septic and they responded in the same day! Robby is a professional with 50 years of experience and you can surely tell!. I don't believe another septic company would have been able to problem solve the way Robby did. With his experience and expertise, he was able to pin- point exactly where my problem was within minutes. I had roots growing in my septic system causing an obstruction in the main pipe. He personally responded to me on a Sunday night when my septic was backing up into my tubs. Told me what I could do to get by u til he got there the next day. Told me exactly what he was doing and what we could do to keep it running without having to call a plumber until I was able to change out the pipe. Very friendly and helpful.
