I needed a chimney sweep for my wood stove, and these guys delivered. Great service, and very responsive with communication leading up to the job.
Not sure why some ash-holes gave this business a 1-star rating. My experience was really great and I’ll definitely be choosing this business again for future service.

DO NOT HIRE! This guy removed an integral part of my wood stove, claiming it "wasn't supposed to be there", charged me an extra $250 to remove it (on top of the $250 to clean the chimney), which caused the house to fill with smoke when I tried to have a fire. Cost me even more to fix his screw up. Stay very far away from this guy.

Both Bob and Diana were super friendly, efficient, and safe. Bob wore a mask the entire time, which I appreciate for not only Covid requirements, but for his own lung protection while cleaning a chimney. He used a shop vac to eliminate dust accumulation, and wore hearing protection to save those ears of his. And, the fella spent some time afterwards to show us the accumulation, discuss chimney fires, what to look for with dry wood, and how to store it properly. Super impressed.

It's not easy finding a chimney sweep in Skagit County, so I was thrilled to find Haulin" Ash Chimney Sweeps after my previous chimney sweep retired. Diana made scheduling easy and pleasant, and Bob did a fantastic job of cleaning the chimney. He even found a part that hadn't been cleaned by the previous chimney sweep. When I saw how much creosote he removed from my chimney, I realized I should do this more often. I will recommend Haulin' Ash to everyone I know, and in this review, to those I don't know....

Bob did an incredible job...we are amazed by his work amd making sure my family was safe amd coming back on a Saturday morning to repair pretty much our whole fireplace...from the cap on roof, replacing pipe and fixing the gap that could have made a house fire and resealing the door. Amazing customer service..thankyou so much!

Our woodstove is our source of heat all winter. I was abundantly clear when I called as to what was needed, so it could be done in one trip. I even offered to send the specs and photos from the stove manufacturer do the replacement gasket would be unmistakable. Appt. 1 you showed up with no gasket rope so you could only do the chimney sweeping… and said you'd come back in two weeks. Today, 11/27, you show up for appt 2 with a handful of fiberglass insulation, a little concrete, (for a cleanout) and the gasket rope. You glued the new gasket over the old one and now the door WILL NOT CLOSE
