This is the second time we’ve used Aftercare Restoration and have had such a great experience each time! Jeff and crew really know what they’re doing! As busy as the they have been, Jeff took the time to contact us and keep us up to date on availability and even came out on a weekend evening to check on what we needed. I have had Aftercare now perform two services for my home: drywall repair after a plumbing leak and new vinyl flooring for my kitchen and laundry room. Their service and the quality of their work has been top notch! The work was done promptly, on time, and in budget. Their initial visit to our home was in the middle of a snowstorm. Would definitely recommend and use this company again if needed in the future. Very impressed by their quick response time, work that was done and professionalism. I was almost finished this review when I had a knock on my front door, it was Brian from AfterCare asking if he could come in to check on the job completed and make sure we were completely satisfied. My basement flooded from a surprise heavy rainstorm that hit the Lehigh Valley unexpectedly for the Christmas holiday 2020. Had water pumped out of my basement, they had to move heavy furniture, set up drying equipment on a major holiday and pull up carpeting to let it dry. They got out here within an hour to assess. They broke it down to best and worst case and returned the next morning to start drying out my basement. Surprisingly the even better than best case scenario played out and I didn’t need everything quoted. They knocked that off the price. A price which I thought was more than fair for buying me peace of mind and giving me my day back from personally trying to dry the flood. They came back and put everything back to its original state.
