Kyle Vickrey arrived as planned, was very sympathetic to us about the unfortunate situation, and with a sense of urgency went right to work mitigating the flooded basement. As a crew chief he assigned each member a task to address and within hours the basement was on its way to becoming stabilized. I believe he saved me thousands of dollars. The on site Team was extremely incredible. They worked diligently. They were Matt , Riley, Nate, Poppy, Mercedes, Virginia, Marisol. Mercedes and Virginia were two of the hardest workers. These two were non stop the entire time.
The problem I did have was with the office personnel. They were polite but it seems they do not communicate with there on site team and they do not schedule jobs accordingly. I paid a significant amount of money to have them clean my property from a house fire. It was suppose to be done in 3 days well it took over 3 weeks. This company does NOT take residential properties

I had ServPro come out to a house my wife and I had just bought. The previous owner would clearly smoke in the garage at times over his ownership period.
I called Servpro of Norristown and spoke with Maggie who was awesome. She was super knowledgable after I explained the symptoms of my problem. She gave me a whole gang of options for how we could proceed, finally settling on her best recommendation.
Danny came out and set up the equipment, sealed up the doorway so there would be no smell coming into the house. He did an excellent job. Danny was easy to work with, and took my calls/texts after

I contacted Jay about severe damages to my house and initially felt very supported. He settled on a number with my insurance and all seemed well until I used the word "adjuster" in a sentence. He then blew off an appointment I had with him later that afternoon and has ghosted me ever since. I got a call from someone claiming to be a colleague… who said they were ready to go but knew nothing about the job. Since involving the adjuster and a new contractor the insurance payment has more than tripled because of the increased knowledge of those involved. I have no idea what the scam was exactly

Mary and Rob from ServPro/Norristown really saved the day for us after a broken water line sprayed our basement and put 1/2 inch of water over the entire basement floor. Took are call for help late on Saturday night and were on the job doing water removal by 9am the next morning ! Very professional and competent and had all the necessary… equipment available to take care of our water problem (like multiple commercial-grade dehumidifiers, high speed fans, etc, etc. Even saved our carpet that covered half of the basement ! This is the only company to call if you have a water damage problem
