Tried calling multiple times to schedule a Mold remediation appointment and my experience was Garbage. First I wasn't able to schedule because I'm not the property owner... Ok fair, so They asked I have the owner call in and then I can follow up. Owner Called and gave the thumbs up. Then I called and they had never Heard of me. Their After Hours line took my message, and the next day someone from KY called me.. turns out my file had been sent there by mistake.... When calling back again after this, my appointment was still nonexistent, and was told that they're no longer giving quotes for 2 weeks

When my elderly parents called and said they had rainwater coming in through the basement windows. I immediately called the nearest Servpro to their German town home.They coordinated everything with me even though I was out of town and not present.They made the process stress free and put my parents at ease as their crew responded within an hour of my call! Our apartment building in Manayunk had a sprinkler head burst and caused damage to my unit and my neighbors.The building had Servpro on site within a few hours and they quickly removed the water.The team went through my personal belongings and itemized damaged versus non damaged.They worked with my renter’s insurance company and made the disaster of a situation less stressful. Eric and his team came to our house in Chestnut Hill after we had our sub pump fail during a heavy rainstorm.There was over two inches of water in the basement and it was way too much for me to handle.I left it up to the professionals and they were great! Worked diligently to remove all the water and even communicated with our insurance company to get the job done. We would highly recommend their services!

Servpro came to our rescue after the recent rainstorm poured water into our finished basement. Eric and his team had to remove all the carpeting and parts of the walls. We had such a great experience that we then hired them for construction services. Our basement had new drywall, carpet and painting done. Prompt courteous and professional that’s what Eric and his team are. We had a water pipe break under our sink we have an old Manayunk home. We went to a hotel that night and they came out and worked all night and took care of the issue. Jason their construction guy put it all back and it looked better than it did originally. Very glad for these guys!
