We had a nest of European hornets in a tree near our house. Large numbers of them began to bang against our windows and siding one night. I contacted Neil on his website that night. Early the next morning, he was in touch, and we scheduled an appointment. He arrived promptly and took a lot of time with us, explaining his process and how to locate the nest (it was inside a tree next to the house). Neil took care of it promptly and there’s been no recurrence. Neil was very knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. He’s definitely out go-to guy from now on!

We called Focus Pest to assist with a minor ant problem. Neil scheduled quickly and arrived not just with the products he needed to take care of the ants, but with loads of information. He explained what he was using and why- how it worked, what to expect and some basics about ant behavior. While checking the ant situation, he noticed that we had a lot of spiders and asked if we’d like to treat for those too. YES PLEASE! This was the first year I was able to clean out my flower beds without fear of spider bites! I highly recommend this small local company- you cannot beat the knowledge and honesty

We are extremely impressed with Neil and his services. He eradicated a carpenter ant invasion for us and found another type of ant issue while doing so. He has been very informative, supportive of our needs (cats in the home) and proactive with our problem. We live in the country and are accustomed to insects, but Neil has kept them our of our home and at a very affordable price as well. We are happy to have found Neil!!!

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would! Neil was amazing! He was patient with me and understood our needs! He had a plan around my insane cleaning and was respectful of our home! I would recommend him to anyone! Hopefully we never need him again but if we do he’s the one I will call!

We discovered a flea issue in our home that was so bad it would make you want to just throw all of your stuff out and simply move to another house because to be honest it seemed HOPELESS. We tried absolutely everything to get rid of these fleas and no matter how much research or Hard work we put into trying to remedy this problem on our own, nothing seemed to worked because they just kept coming back.

Neil is the best & I have loved working with him over the years! Whatever the pest may be he knows how to handle the issue quickly & effectively. We had "town ants" (that is what I called them) that would come & go. I would put a store bought trap out when they got bad but the ants never completely went away. Then they got really bad. I could see where they were coming into the house in a line. So I looked online for a small local business & contacted Neil.
He inspected the house & it turned out we had a mouse problem too (which wasn't surprising as we had found a dead one in the air duct a few

We had yellow jackets nesting INSIDE of our dormer in bonus room over our garage ....
Tried to find a Pest Control service who was willing to come out on a weekend (Sunday). Focus Pest control (Neil) did just that and stopped the bees dead in their tracks. He even followed up to ensure the little buggers didn't come back! We appreciated his service and would recommend him without reservation.
