Nu-Coat did a beautiful job painting the exterior of our 1916 Craftsman home. The house had not been painted for more than 20 years, and it needed a lot of wood scraping, caulking, stucco repair, and window glazing. George and his team did an outstanding job prepping the house and were careful not to damage the wood shingles in the process. The crew was very professional and clean throughout the process. Ultimately, we used five paint colors on the house, and this required attention to detail. The finished project looks beautiful.

George and his team did an amazing job painting the exterior of our 1920s era home. They also did an exceptional job of repairing and replacing the stucco and fixing various mistakes made by a prior contractor. It's quite a relief to work with painters who actually know what they're doing.

George and his crew did exceptional work for us from start to finish. We had them repaint the entire exterior in new colors including some very tricky window frame and trellace areas, in addition to some touch-up work inside the house. This was a big project.

Prior to him painting my two level condominium, George looked over the entire interior and gave me detailed information on what & how he was going to treat/paint my walls. George took great care in the initial walk through, with the realistic expectation of project timeline, and the work progress notifications. I sought out Nu Coat to paint the exterior of our home. The owner, George, was the one to come and give the quote. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs to the stucco that needed to be done and the way the home would need to be treated in order to have the longest lasting paint. Owner, George De Le Portilla, came out for my estimate and was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I never got the impression he was rushed to leave to his next appointment, even though his phone rang often. After we set a start date George sent a contract with a four payment plan-- a deposit, a start, middle, and final payment. His crew was extremely professional, they always cleaned up and set aside their equipment at the end of the day. His crew spent about 7 days prepping, cleaning and painting my house. My stucco house had never been painted since it was built in 1965. I was very concerned when hiring a painting firm that it be treated as best as could be to preserve it for the additional years I plan to stay there. I am very pleased with the work Nu Coat Painting did on my house. I have an old 1923 house that was desperately in need of exterior paint. There were major issues that needed to be corrected before the new paint could be applied. George (the owner) was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed of the progress every day. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done right.
