Quality House Painting
From Pasadena to Newport Beach, Anaheim to Woodland Hills, we've been Southern California's favorite neighborhood painters since we opened our doors in 1998. We take real pride in making the region more beautiful with every project we complete, and we consider a well-painted exterior a true work of residential art.

In fact, we love transforming neglected, older homes and faded paint jobs into testaments of what a well-laid coat of paint (or three) can do. We love what we do, and we aim for perfection with every single Los Angeles-area home we paint.

Working directly with homeowners and HOA's, real estate agents, residential and commercial management companies, contractors, and homebuilders of all sizes, we offer premium painting services for homes and businesses throughout Southern California. You want lasting looks and value delivered by a team that treats your project with individual attention and special care, and we're the painters that provide it.
Services
QHP has a very simple mission: to provide you with QUALITY Painting Services that are affordable, efficient, and professional. We work with homeowners, property owners, HOA's, real estate agents and other specialty contractors. Whether you're in our hometown of Newport Beach or Pasadena, or in Long Beach, or deep in the San Fernando Valley, we've painted your neighbor's homes and businesses and we'd love a chance to paint yours, too.
Retail space or apartment complex, one clean coat or multicolor, we're happy to help with your Exterior or Interior project. You can get a free estimate for your interior or exterior residential painting project any time-all you have to do is ask! Big or small, one room or all, we're happy to take a look and give you a fair and firm price for the job.
Contact us, by phone or using our online contact form, and we'll make an appointment to come to you and check out your job as soon as possible. You get an official written estimate on the spot, and we'll email you a copy, too. Once you decide to go with QHP-and we hope you will!-we'll have you sign an official agreement based on the estimate, and your painting project will be scheduled to begin as soon as possible at your convenience.
You want your neighborhood looking great, and at a price your neighbors are comfortable with. We work with HOA boards and with homeowners to make sure everyone's aware of the process and knows what to expect from day to day. We're happy to provide bids for interior and exterior projects, and for single family homes, multi-family units, and apartment complexes.
Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your church painting project. Quality House Painting has been painting churches in the Newport, Pasadena, and Costa Mesa areas for many years. Through these experiences and years, our team has gained sufficient knowledge to complete these projects in a most efficient and cost-effective way.

Extremely unsatisfied! I found this company for my elderly parents. They were charged $5k for paint, facia repairs, and patching a corner of their roof. First time the wind blew a 20 foot section of roofing came off, the several areas of flashing fell down, and we discovered areas that he didn't paint because they could only be seen from other homes.
To make matters worse, he dodged calls, and won't keep appointments to fix this.

Update: after several weeks of attempting to get them to fix their work they finally did. My parents are happy with the results, but not with the wait for

Had a great experience with this company. The field manager who came over was very knowledgeable and very detailed. This was the ONLY company that gave us an itemized list of the work and explained each item in detail. I was unable to work with them only because I have too many heads making decisions in my family. But I would have been happy to go with their offer.

This is a follow up review. QHP painted the interior of our traditional ranch style home in 2018 and completed the exterior 3 months ago. We decided on Dunn Edward's swiss coffee body with espresso trim. Initially, it was brighter than we preferred so my husband called Kev seeking for his advise. We have to admit, it's a little shocking to drive up to a different colored home than we were used to. Kev suggested for us to give it couple of weeks for the colors and the change to settle in. It's now over 4 weeks and we love the cured finish. We're confident the new paint will serve

Maybe not the right company for smooth stucco.

I cannot speak to their painting, they might be great, but the smooth stucco isn't smooth.

I really didn't want to write anything other than a stellar review for this company, because they are such nice guys, but the work we got from them can only be given 3 stars. We hired QHP to stucco 2 very long (170') block walls on our property. I got a few bids from other companies, and one that was $2000 cheaper than QHP. I called Kevin, and asked if he could offer a more competitive bid. We had gotten a good feeling from his field rep

This review is long overdue and I apologize to the QHP team for not doing it sooner. On and off, over the course of 7 years, I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Kev and his crew. Oh man, you gotta meet Jose! I was initially introduced to them years ago during a project QHP was working on. Every since then these guys have been my to-go painters...
I'm a realtor and as you can imagine during every transaction paint/painting comes up and without a seconds hesitation I refer my clients to Quality House Painting. Not once has anyone displayed regret. They are reliable, finish the

Kev's team did a fantastic job. They were professional, quick, and detail-oriented. I was particularly impressed with Richie's professionalism! What was expected to be a 2-day job was done by 3:30 on day one with excellent results! If you're looking for great painters, hire these guys!

Very easy to reach them throughout the process. The crew who came to our house was courteous and very efficient. We have everything completed in 2.5 days. I will call them again if I need painting job in the future. thank you!

Within a week of the completion of my job, I called Rachelle at Quality House Painting regarding a few places that were missed by the painters and some minor problems with the stucco repairs. The touch ups/repairs would have taken one man only a couple of hours to complete. The contract provided for a one year warranty. Despite this, Rachelle left before she arranged for the touch ups and Kev said that he would not complete them as it had been too long, although the office was put on notice and it was still within the year.

I read some of the negative reviews below and they have no relevance to the service provided. One person claims the owner bid him too high! Go find someone else then. Another claimed that they were upset because the painting company didn't work on the weekend. Silly reason to give someone 1 star.

In my experience with Kev he delivers. We worked on a project together. His paint work was perfect. No paint overspray. The wood floors weren't touched and the trims were done right. The owner is very hands on and told me about his time on the weekends and how he spends it with his son. I

A couple years back I hired these guys to do the inside of my 2 bedroom condo in Costa Mesa. That was a $4k job - they did well - although be careful if you ask that hardware be pulled off doors during the sales call vs masked. The crew will try and mask regardless of your desire - watch em closely. Recently had Kev out to do a quote for what will stack up to be about $1500 worth of exterior work after we had a roof done. Kev is passing on the work. Apparently they are too big now. His decision but if you are looking for a paint company to have a relationship with for jobs large and small

From the initial phone call with Kristin, QHP gave me a great impression. I called them Saturday morning, and received a phone call back within 30 minutes even though they were closed.

Kev came and provided an estimate and clarified the scope of work. What I liked was that they also did very light handyman work. I didn't have to make extra calls for drywall work. Kev confirmed that they will remove all the screws from the walls and will patch and paint.

On their second day on the job, I came by for a periodic inspection. The prep work was done professionally. The crew was always very friendly

This is a cautionary tale of buying a flipped house.

My husband and I bought our house about 4 years ago - newly flipped. There was a new coat of paint on the outside, and we happily moved in. Not long after, we started to notice the paint was bubbling in areas. Not long after that, the bubbles started to open up. Not long after that, paint started falling off! First it fell off in small pieces, then in big chunks. Before we knew it, there were huge areas of our original wood siding exposed to the world.

Obviously we needed to get the house repainted. #1, to protect us from further damage
