We used Wiler Fence a couple of years ago, and the process was strained because they werent great at communicating. We needed a driveway gate, and they said they could only do a large 1 panel across the whole driveway, so I took their word for it.
Fast-forward to this year, we had some damage to our fence due to a downed tree & our gate hinge broke in a windstorm. I called them 3x and emailed and got no response. When I called another company out to take a look, they said that the gate wasn't made properly and they would NEVER do a large gate because they get caught in the wind so easily

I was probably such a pain, but Nate and his team did a beautiful job and were so nice! They were prompt and easy to communicate with! They have me a quote within 48 hours of my phone call, updated ya regularly on permit and installation timeine, and most importantly the quality of the fence work was amazing! Highly recommend!

Nate and team did an exceptional job installing our fence in June. The process went as he had explained during his visit to provide estimate. I had received several estimates and despite his not being the least expensive it was the most comprehensive and made the most sense. We went with black chain link with 3 gates total; approx 300 feet of fence in total. The entire job was completed in one day and my yard was left in immaculate condition. A few weeks post install we had a tree limb fall on gate causing issues with alignment. I emailed Nate and he was out the next day to fix issue at no

I couldn't be happier with my new fence! Plus, the overall quality is top notch! Nate and his guys installed the fence in my large Parma Heights backyard without any issues. He also took care of obtaining the permit and all paperwork with the City. Nate is super nice, and very easy to communicate with. His employees are very polite and nice as well. This was an extremely pleasant and carefree experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new fence.
