Rolen Brothers Fence

Very pleased with my new fence. Guys did a great job and very professional from start to finish. Price was higher than other quotes, but I chose them because I felt the quality and services would be better than what I experienced when I contacted other fencing companies. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fencing service. Also, my fur baby is now secure in the yard.

Thank you for the quote. Most importantly...thank you for ignoring us for 3 weeks (21 days). We had you over August 20th for a quote. It didnt come. We called 2 weeks ago & got the "sorry was out of the office excuse" and still waited. We are so very greatful that you took our business for granted because that gave us the opportunity to find another company. It worked out great for us! We gave them a deposit for the SAME job & their price was $2,200! Yours that showed up today was $600 more! If you learned anything...it would be to not stall for 3 weeks cuz we wouldn't have had the time to get

I had a change in plans with the fence that I purchased and he gave me time to sort things out on my end. He went above and beyond to accommodate me with my situation. NO other place would be so kind. Their customer service is the best. I am FOREVER grateful for their kindness & generosity. I'm not going to waste my time writing a long neg review of this company. I will say I'm not doing business with them. Anybody can create an account and write a great review to get potential business. In business for so many years and so little great reviews. Definitely in need of revamp of how the business is ran and or increasing the staff.

Very Poor Customer Service
I first called Rolen Bros Fence Co Inc on 12/18/18 to come out and give me a quote for a fence that was hit by a vehicle at the apartment community I manage. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. She gave me an appointment for 2 days later on 12/20/18. The technician who came out to give me the quote was not so pleasant. He was very standoffish and appeared to have an attitude. He looked at my gate for about 120 seconds and told me he would get me a quote within a week via email. I doubled checked with him to make sure he had the correct spelling of my email

Amazing work! Dale and mike came out and worked their tails off. The perfection in their work is one of a kind. Everyone at Rolen Brothers were so easy to work with. I had a million questions and they had all the answers. I would highly recommend to anyone. Great job guys!

I wrote a review years ago, and found out that I had accidentally deleted it when I was going through my google account.
About 7 years ago now, I had them come out and quote me on a vinyl fence for my backyard, to add some privacy. The staff were able to get me a REAL good price for a certain style that was being replaced my the manufacturer, and they were closing it out. They came out and efficiently, and quickly installed it, and after all this time, it has yet to fade, and has weathered VERY well!
