I had a great experience with Better Buy Glass. Their representative/technician Dalton came out to give an estimate and measure a broken window. I received the quote the same day. The glass had to be ordered, and I was told it would take up to two weeks. Dalton was the technician who came back and installed the window. He was on time, professional and courteous. Dalton explained what he did and made sure the window was operating properly before leaving. Thanks!

I have been a loyal costumer for almost 20 years in the multi-family industry. The owners, technicians, office staff, and representatives have all been top notch(2nd to none) over the years. I read some the reviews before deciding to go here. I was reluctant to even try based on the negative reviews of customer service and timeliness. I really needed a new screen so I took a chance. I decided to go two weeks ago. Everyone was pleasant. I didn't experience any bad attitudes. I gave my deposit for a screen and was told on Friday that Monday it'll be ready, possibly Tuesday. It was ready Tuesday. I'm pleased with the service and the product. Hopefully I will continue to receive the same service because I need another screen. I'll be back in a couple of weeks to place my next order.

If I could give them a negative star review I would. We ordered windows and was told it would be a two week turn around. This is for a renovation that we were doing and needed the glass installed so the company could move back into the building. We ordered the glass in early March, over a month later they installed them, that was only after multiple phone calls, visits to the store, and lies upon lies. Even then they didn't install all of them, we are still waiting on one window that they "forgot" to order. Again they said that window would take a week and a half. here we are a month later and

I got referred by an employee at Home Depot for a quick local alternative to get my home window screens re screened. My home has 52 windows with 52 screens so I would take my screens to this place 5 at a time. For the first couple visits everything went smoothly. After that it was horrible.
