I usually do not leave reviews regularly however, after service from Carlos, I made sure that I did because I actually located him reading reviews right here on Google. My sunroof glass shattered while driving and I was looking for a quick, reasonably priced repair service before it rained. Carlos was very prompt, professional and honest over the phone. Carlos is amazing! I called to get a quote on my driver side window because the motor went on it. He explained what it could be, motor vs regulator and was very knowledgeable, timely service and customer friendly. He actually taught me something new. The best part about it, the service is brought to you and I didn’t have to worry about how I would get my vehicle to the shop with the window completely down, in the rain. I have to admit that I'm often underwhelmed by mobile repair services, but in this case Carlos did an absolutely fantastic job. He was very good about keeping up with communications before the install, arranged a convenient time for me, and was fast and thorough. My car windows have dark tinting and he was about to match them up very well. Great job, would highly recommend!
