Horrible communication. I never received status updates from the company and had to keep emailing, calling and texting for information. Windows were installed but have been waiting on my screens for weeks. I called and sent email over a week ago. No response. I have no information on window manufacturer. The owner, Jim, is very friendly but they are not putting their customers first.
UPDATE 1/7/21: Management resolved the issue to my satisfaction. For the inconvenience of delays due to manufacturer and staffing issues, they replaced my home's siding/wood near roofline with "squirrel-proof" PVC

Three window companies thought my window repair job was too small and wouldn't come out to the house. Jim Donovan came to see what was needed at 7 p.m. on the day I called. He and his wife Kim ordered the insulated glass window and installed it a few days later. I am 70 years old and the Warriors made me remember the old days when people did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at a fair and exceptionally reasonable price. My new window looked so good, Jim had his crew Ben and Aiden scrub the surrounding windows so they matched. They easily earned five stars.

I used to have 46 year old, single pane, leaky windows. I called and the owner was out the same day to give me a quote. This company gave me the most reasonable quote. It was a fraction of what I was told by 4 other companies. They’re very responsive, very open and honest about all your options. They had some last minute schedule changes, so they were able to get my install done sooner than I expected. You're missing out if you don't give this company a chance!!! I was impressed with Windows from Warriors from the very beginning and my experience with them only got better from the time we signed the contract until the job was finished. When I am a consumer of expensive products/jobs, I take my research VERY seriously. I met with 4 window companies and had taken notes from each company to add to the quotes they gave me. This team did an excellent job on the installation of a storm door and pet door for my house in Johns Creek. The team they sent out was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. While the job proved to be difficult, they did not give up and successfully completed the effort. I would highly recommend this company to all. Also, the owners are both Veterans (Husband and Wife), how cool is that.
