Yes, our windows are extremely high quality and all come with a limited lifetime warranty. An average order takes between 3 and 6 weeks to be built, shipped and then the install to be scheduled. America's best choice replacement windows all have double pane insulated glass that will create a more energy efficient home and lead to lower gas and electric bills.
While all of America's Best Choice windows are energy efficient, certain options and upgrades are available to increase energy efficiency and significantly reduce utility costs. Hands down the best customer Service and professionalism I have had the pleasure to deal with. I purchased 19 windows to replace all in my home, about 8 years ago in Raleigh NC. Fast forward 8 years some of the balances had popped off and I had no idea how to fix them. I decided to call the company, only to find out that they no longer have a satellite company here in Raleigh. Left a message with receptionist at their parent company in Atlanta Ga, never expecting to hear from anyone again.

ABC recently installed 22 new windows in our home, including replacement of 10 windows in our sunroom and a large cathedral window that were completely clouded by condensate. They also replaced our french doors to the outside porch with a beautiful sliding glass door with built-in adjustable blinds. We could not be happier with our entire experience with ABC! The salesman, Michael Donahoo, was excellent as were those who measured and installed the windows and sliding glass door! Every detail was done with excellence and all employees were extremely courteous, professional, skilled, and efficient

Yes they are a great price, however their lifetime warranty is BS. I had problems with a few of the windows (we replaced over 20 windows). One window that does not stay closed from the top unless it is locked and two other windows that have an issue with the seal. These windows are less than a year and 1/2 old in my house. And the issues happened awhile ago but because of COVID we have not done anything. We recently had our house painted and since they pressure washed which we did not know would void the warranty - the windows are now not covered. DO NOT GO WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HONOR THEIR

Great experience from start to finish! From my salesperson, Ryan to the installer Gus very professional and accommodating. Windows arrived before the estimated delivery date and setting up the appointment for install was quick and easy. Installer called when they were on the way and arrived promptly on time. Two guys installed 9 windows in 3 hours! Removed the old ones, installed, cleaned up and caulked each window. Gus took his time answering my questions and demonstrated how the windows opened, locked and even tilted in to clean the outside windows from the inside! Highly recommend this company

I am very happy with ABC and like my new windows very much! The customer service was excellent. They were able to replace the windows on Saturday per my request. I had PJ with his crew to do the work, and they did everything great. They explained me everything about the windows and told what to do if there are any issues in the future. The crew left the whole work area inside and outside of the house clean. I am very impressed!

Trust Dale brought in America's Best Choice to correct the defective installation of two windows by another company. The original installation company made multiple attempts to correct the poor installation but were unable to do so. ABC came to our home one time to measure for the replacement windows. Upon receipt, the windows fit perfectly. The installation crew was timely, professional and got the installation right the first time. Crew was neat and tidy.

I'm giving 2 stars for the following reasons - Ryan seems like a good guy, likeable and knowledgeable. I decided to go with ABC because it seemed like the best value for the money. I ordered the windows before Christmas. I've already been billed, and have started paying on the account. I checked in January 19, and was told "another month". I checked in again Feb 9 and March 1 with no response. I checked in March 2 with Ryan and he said that the windows were on the truck. I asked when the windows would be installed, and he said within the week. I know he isn't responsible for transportation, he

I just wanted to share my existence with the quoting process. We are setup with Marty to get a quote to replace some 34 windows in our home. The appointment was scheduled for Friday, and it was a no call no show, so I called because this was a referral from a friend who had a positive experience with them. We rescheduled for Saturday, which took 3 hours to complete, with a promise to get the quote back to us on Monday. I emailed Marty on Monday evening, saying that he would work on the quote that evening. It's now Wednesday morning and we still haven't gotten a quote from him. The positive is that

I've had America's Best Choice Windows install a number of windows in my home and just had them back to replace the siding. ABC installed "Allura" siding, which comes with a 50 year warranty, for the same price point as competitors were selling Hardie board (30 year limited warranty). The job turned out great and I'd highly recommend you contact ABC if you’re in the market for siding.
