I couldn't be more satisfied and happy with the job that the team from Heap did giving us a new driveway and walkway. Genevieve was so helpful helping us design what would work best for our family. They were right on time, worked feverishly from 7 AM until Noon. The guys were friendly, helpful and very skilled. The finished product looks great and we were given a book on how to maintain this driveway in the future. I highly recommend them.

Estimate was competitive, Genevieve was great, they showed up when they said they were going to and completed it efficiently and did more than what was originally agreed upon, my driveway was smallish about 4cars worth and i was not put on the back burner like i was on the first company i got an estimate from. i would hire them again.

Great job! I got 3 estimates on a driveway addition. I chose HEAP based on the responsiveness and the chat I had with Genevieve when she came to do the estimate the day after I called. Bob Heap showed up with all the necessary equipment and 4 other guys. The crew was efficient and very professional. They clean up after themselves and delivered the results I was expecting and that they promised. Very pleased customer. I will be using them again for future additions to my driveway and Sealcoat. I will also recommend them to anyone needing services.

Driveways by heap did such a bad job on my driveway. First off, they came and started my driveway without calling me, so I was stuck in my house without being able to use my car for three days, as it was in the garage! They did such a poor job with divots all over the drive. Six months later they came to put the sealer top coat on, same scituation,… missed patches all over the driveway. The owner said he would come back and fix it. When he turned up his machine was not working. These are the pictures of all the bare spots they have just left! On top of that, there is a dip at the end of

I just had a 12x33 foot asphalt driveway laid down by these guys. The job was done very well. The Estimator came out when she said she would. The estimate was between $200 and $400 lower than my other estimates, so they won the work.
We scheduled the work for about 2 weeks later and only had to move it once, for weather (had one in-out). On the rescheduled day I got a text early in the day with a 2 hour window for arrival. I also got a phone call when they were on the way.
They were professional and very respectful of the rest of the property. They even took the time to trim back some bushes

Theives. No intention of providing quality service. They will promise to put down two layers of asphalt and will only put down one. This will reduce the time the driveway will last. A minimum amount of research will tell you that two layers of asphalt are required. Most people who get ripped off will not even realize it. It’s a shame. Anyone could be victims of this predatory company. I refused to pay and had to go to court numerous times. They repeatedly lied under oath in court. Stay away and warn everyone.

Do yourselves a favor and read all the reviews and complaints on the Better Business Bureau’s site before wasting your time and money with this company. I certainly wish I had. They might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. It takes months of having to call and text repeatedly before getting anyone to contact you back much less get someone… back out to fix mistakes. They finally did show up to fix a hole that formed on the sidewalk on a day where they had canceled due to weather and I was not home or expecting them. When I contacted to make sure the other issues would also be
