They have not returned to make a repair that they left us with in March of this year. The sliding "barn door style" we initially installed on the exterior of the shower and water sprayed out while showering. They returned to reverse the door and had to pull all the glass. there were tiled to replace and we paid that $100. Upon their return they installed a glass panel that was chipped and the door drags when it is opened and closed. last message i received, March 19, 21, said they were waiting on the manufacturer to send the glass panel. No work since then. They get 1 star for the affordability

HIRE SOMEONE ELSE
We had triple crown out today to install window panes, window screens, and a glass shower door. Pictures below.
The window pane glass looks great, the install quality is poor. Excessive silicone adhesive which was not trimmed back. Outer trim not cut to fit.
The screens are frequently too small, not square, and every single one of the is TAPED on?!?!? Seriously looks like they just slapped them on there and are hoping no one noticed. This isn't how you install a screen.
The shower door itself looks nice, but they broke a tile, siliconed it back together and I have no clue

I had put off repairing a broken window because I thought it was going to be a hassle. From my original call, to appointment to measure, accepting estimate and then install it has been flawless! Everyone was on time, service was great and everyone is friendly. You can tell they take pride in their jobs! If you need a window replaced, I highly recommend Triple Crown!

We called other glass companies and we couldn't even get them to return calls or show up for estimates. Not only did Triple Crown show up to provide estimates quickly (same day!), the work was done in a timely manner, the installers were friendly and professional, their constant communication with updates was fantastic, and we absolutely love our new shower glass and office desktop glass! We can't recommend Triple Crown Glass highly enough!

After buying a fixer upper in the middle of nowhere we were really struggling to find good contractors for just about all aspects of our remodel.
