Growing up in Canada, my experience in the building and construction field was filled with hard physical labor and long summer days. It was something you took pride in, working with your hands to build beautiful homes for happy clients. My respect for true craftsmanship only grew as I had the privilege to work in different trades in several countries around the world.
I was always fascinated with the contractors that were organized and meticulous about product and service. When my life brought me into the door and window trade, and eventually motivated me to design our own product, I wanted to build a company that was completely focused on the contractor.
I needed to give back to the wonderful men and women that not only taught me the necessary skills to carry out my trade, but who also taught me about morals, honesty, and integrity.As Glass Expanse grows and expands, our goal is to create products that are unique in function and form. Glass Expanse is re-defining inspiration by allowing you to effortlessly surpass the normal boundaries of architecture with an elegant system of movable panels. Each sliding glass door unit individually runs along a single-track system and seamlessly folds away, transforming a stunning and secure facade into an indoor-outdoor entertainment space.
Our sliding glass door system provides a unique living experience. Each panel is simple and easy to slide, making it easy to create a stunning indoor/outdoor space. We designed our slide and stack doors with you in mind! Our lower track is the slimmest you will find in the industry at 1.75" vs. bifold glass doors at 5"-6".
Our glass is dual pane with low e-coating and argon gas insulated making the glass energy efficient. Low-E coatings have been developed to minimize the amount of ultraviolet and infrared light that can pass through glass without compromising the amount of visible light that is transmitted. Our system will only be installed by a Glass Expanse certified specialist that has completed our training program.
