Amazing work! Did an addition on our home which included new kitchen, renovated master bedroom and new master bathroom, deck and covered patio. Not one complaint working with Rich! The subcontractors he brought were also amazing and Rich was there every day overseeing it all while working along side with them!
He was incredibly professional and honest from the start and his workmanship and attention to detail was impeccable!
Will only use him moving forward with any additional work in our home!

We hired Rich to help with a sloping floor in our step down living room. There was a considerable deviation from the wall to center of the room causing us to prop up furniture to make it level. Rich worked with our engineer to determine the best approach to solving this. He was professional, easy to work with, kept the area clean and safe and kept any dust to a minimum. Rich worked seamlessly with his team and other subcontractors to remedy the situation. The work was completed on time and he was able to find a more cost effective solution so the project came in under budget. We are very pleased

Rich is a wealth of information when it comes to Home improvements. He worked within my budget to complete a renovation that included turning my 2 bedroom 1 bath home into a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a large Master bedroom, and open floor plan on the main level. He and his crew added a level that involved installing two load bearing beams and several dormers. I had a bad experience with my first Architect but Rich was able to work with what I had and recommended an Engineer to provide all the required documentation for building permits. When his portion was done he referred me to several trades

Rich is a smart, hands on, highly efficient and professional contractor who does excellent work. 3 years ago, he repaired damage from a leak using some 22 year old tile he salvaged off of the wall as there was nothing available to purchase remotely similar. And so when I needed another project done, I waited for him to be available for my first floor full bath total gut and remodel. Not only did he follow the personal health guidelines of 2020, he went out of his way to protect my home as he did the demo and rebuild. In terms of the actual work, he goes above and beyond what I have experienced
