I cannot put this any more simply and obviously...
Let's say a hurricane blows over your house and you get a foot of water in your basement, a bathroom ceiling on the 1st floor caves in, and you have limited time to mitigate before mold and rot set in.
EVERY SINGLE CONTRACTOR in the area is either not answering the phone or is too busy.
You WISH you had a sister and/or brother in the Mitigation / Remediation Business - who not only cared about you - but owed you as if you donated your kidneys to them.
THIS IS WHO AGNES AND TOM ARE.
They treat you like family - in the worst of circumstances

We had extraordinary flooding from Hurricane Ida. Our entire basement was covered in 8-10 inches of rainwater. ATZ was the only company we called that evening that returned our call and kept the appointment we asked for on the next day. They arranged to remediate the basement - clearing out all of the water soaked goods and brought in multiple de-humidifiers and air drying machines. WIthin 15 hours of our call we had drying units in every room - all of the water soaked materials brought outside, and removal of baseboard molding and drywall underway. My dishwasher broke and flooded the whole upstairs kitchen and downstairs living room. We cleaned up the mess but we’re overwhelmed with the damage so we called professionals, ATZ Home Improvement. Tom informed us about every step of the process and he made sure we were comfortable with with and understood the process. I can’t say how much we appreciate such a professional approach. When my roof started leaking we didn’t know what to do. ATZ showed up to our house within the hour. Agnes carefully did an inspection and found the problem and explained the process. She even helped us work with our insurance company. ATZ Home Improvement helped us clean our water damage. I would definitely recommend them to others. They did a terrific job getting us back to our normal.

We have used ATZ more than once for projects in our home. Once was for a kitchen remodel that turned out amazing!! Another time we used them was when we had major water damage in our home where we needed to have our home dried and mitigated as well as 3 bathrooms, family room, and bedroom redone because of the water damage. They were not only professional in every step of the process but worked with us on every detail to ensure we were happy during a stressful time.

I am not what one would call a handy person. Without ATZ my home would be in complete shambles. ATZ responds to every need very quickly and treats my needs as if they are his own. Tom has done everything for us including tile work, plumbing assistance, HVAC, painting, and even a complete kitchen remodel. The results are amazing, and his prices are perfectly reasonable.
