AAA+++ I called Dial A Maid after my cleaning lady went on vacation . I got a call from last minute guests arrivingOMG ! Panicked a friend recommended that I call Dial A Maid ! And to my rescue at the last minute . I had a 3 person team they were friendly efficient and through and made me feel relaxed by it being their first time in my home I was AMAZED ! ! . It was like my home had a makeover . I love the" Spa Treatment" Dial Maid gave to my home . I was pleased and my Husband even took notice. On top I even got a discount for being referred by my friend ! I would recommend this company !!

They sent two people, a man and a woman. The woman was more than willing to do whatever job was asked but the man refused my request three times to clean my bathroom. Because he refused it three times, I insisted.
He was then passive aggressive and left the place still in a mess. He spent 90 minutes in that room doing half of nothing.
I will never hire them again. The man spoke no English whatsoever, was from Peru, and made me question whether or not I had invited an illegal alien in my house. The woman barely spoke English, but was at least trying to do her job.
They say that they are licensed
