They came on time and seemed to do a great job. Nice, easy to talk to and ask questions to. I guess I could have asked them, but they didn’t take their shoes off or have any coverings for their shoes (and we are a no-shoe-indoors household). Also our uncarpeted stairs got a couple tiny dings I think from them hauling their equipment upstairs. Very minor so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

The 2 worker's that came to my house were very respectful and polite they did explain why my ducks and vents were giving poor air quality and how dirty they were, but they did leave lots of dust all over my furniture couches, beds, and many other places in the house so therefore at night had to get up and change all beds linen and blankets because we were all itchy of all the dust in the house. They did also forget to clean the dryer vents. which it did say it was included for the price of $299.00

Great service! They were quick to respond when I initially inquired and easily answered questions over the phone. Easy to schedule and flexible on dates/times. The two guys were very professional - quick to service, clean and thorough with the job. They showed me what the dryer vent looked like before as a reference. Really happy with the work!
